About

Chicago-based and Asheville-native, I’ve felt both cities’ influence on the way I see art in the world. Growing up in nature begs a person to zoom out, to view herself as part of something larger, and to feel how empowering and emboldening that can be, rather than let it be diminishing and overwhelming. Chicago’s amazing community, and the diversity within than community, encourages connection and advocation- invigorating me to use my voice, and especially to uplift others’. Sharing this with others; to remind them of their own power to create the change they wish to see in the world, is the most fulfilling endeavor I could embark on. Whether it be through crafting characters, worlds, or sonic experiences, it’s most important to me that I am leaving a positive impact on those around me.

I hold a degree in Acting from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston Salem, NC, and a BFA in Acting from the Chicago College of Performing Arts (Roosevelt University) in Chicago, IL.
